Shooting, in all its forms, is one of the UK’s most popular sports. Target shooting is recognised and respected internationally and has always been an important part of the modern Olympic Games since their inception in 1894, and later the Paralympic and Commonwealth Games. It requires concentration and co-ordination rather than physical strength and so is equally suitable for men and women – and for girls and boys – from teenagers to pensioners – so it really is a sport for all the family, including people with a disability.
The Club will reopen on Sunday 5th July for shooting by members with their own equipment. We will be reopening in accordance with Government and NSRA guidelines - please see the Bookings page for further information and to book.
